Dawn Dunning is a Creative Director, Designer & Costume Master based in Brooklyn and Los Angeles. She has been making things in NYC for 20+ years. Dawn served as a Creative Director/Costume Master at Mirrorball in NYC for 12+ years creating cultural relevancy for brands, had a successful womenswear clothing line and has done design work for Marc Jacobs, Theory, Betsey Johnson etc. Dawn is passionate about local garment production in the USA supporting small factories and mills, Dawn is also well versed in ethical, sustainable overseas large and small scale production. Dawn also designs and creates spaces and experiences for brands, venues, restaurants and retail. Outside of design, Dawn is an activist for social justice and human rights, performance artist/musician & motorcycle enthusiast. She thrives on figuring out how to make the impossible possible.
